You MUST have a current membership when registering for activities. A membership fee of $15 per individual/family per year is required to participate in programs and must be renewed at the time of registration. All memberships expire on June 30 and are non-refundable.

Why Become a Member? 
Members are the cornerstone to any community. Our community association is established for the benefit of our Willowgrove and University Heights residents. We develop programs and services to enhance our communities’ needs and interests. Your membership goes towards developing programs and activities, and administrative costs to run the association.

Purchasing/Renewing Memberships
Is done through CommuniBee.

When you open the app, your membership is listed under the card with View.








When you view your membership you can see when it was purchased and whether or not it is expired.









You can also select auto-renew to have your membership auto-renew every year on July 1.

Members of Other Community Associations
We honour other community association memberships within the city of Saskatoon. Email our registration coordinator proof of current membership to have it added to your CommuniBee account (please allow 3-5 business days for this to occur). The membership will be added (or created) to the email address the request was sent from unless otherwise requested.

Collection of Personal Information
Your privacy on the Internet is of utmost importance to the Willowgrove University Heights Community Association (WUHCA). When you register for a WUHCA membership or program you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name, address and e-mail address. This information is collected only with your knowledge and permission is only used for WUHCA purposes.
