Ultimate is an exciting, non-contact team sport. It mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball, Football and Netball into a simple yet demanding game.

Ultimate Disc will run Tuesdays and Thursdays with the first part of the session dedicated to practice and the second part of the session game play.
