This is a flow-style Yoga class with a fitness-based approach. We will be using Vinyasa (the connection of breath and movement) to increase heart rate while strengthening and stretching muscles. Options will be given for all levels of students. Beginners and experienced students are welcome.

Class starts September 27 and ends December 6.
