Learn the basic Pilates movement principles such as breath, lower core activation and neutral spine. Learn to assess your alignment and gain intuitive body awareness. Master whole body movements to achieve balanced muscle development and abdominal strengthening with precision and control. Have fun learning about your body and leave feeling stronger!
