HELP NEEDED! We are looking for an Adult Programs Coordinator and Childrens Programs Coordinator to ensure our programs run. Contact us for more information. The Willowgrove University Heights Community Association (WUHCA) offers a wide variety of programming that covers physical fitness, sports, general interest, skill building, as well as art and art related programs in partnership with neighbouring communities for all ages.

A non-refundable membership fee of $15 per individual or family per year is required to participate in programs and must be presented or purchased at the time of registration. WUHCA honours memberships of other Saskatoon community associations.

To ensure everyone, who wants to participate in a program, can participate WUHCA offers Cost-as-a-Barrier assistance to those facing financial hardships. Please contact us for more information. All of the below programs will be in CommuniBee to register.

COVID-19

Masking

Masks are required for all WUHCA children, youth and adult classes. All instructors will be masked during programs.

Screening for Schools

Schools require screening before entering the school by all individuals (participants and anyone accompanying them). No one may enter the school if any of the following are applicable:

  1. Experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms (see infographics below),
  2. Returned from being anywhere outside of Canada in the past 14 days,
  3. Has currently been tested for COVID-19 or has tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 14 days,
  4. If anyone in their household has been in contact in the last 14 days with someone they know is being investigated or confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19.
If any directional signage is present in the schools, everyone is expected to follow said signage.

Refunds

No refunds for classes will be issued unless they are cancelled by WUHCA. 

For classes that have not yet started, a full refund will be given. 

For classes that have started, refunds will be prorated based on the number of classes offered and the number cancelled.
