UPDATE: This link will be active until Sunday, March 4/17. Please see us in person March 6/17 7-8pm in the Willowgrove School gym for in person registration and payment options.
Please read the FAQs to find the link and clarify any questions you may have before emailing the soccer coordinators. You can retrieve your information from goal line by requesting an access code from the first page of the registration process. If you do this, please be sure to change your membership number from the old pre-filled forms to this year’s number (purchased since August 2016), or add a new membership to your order.
The registration will process a paypal payment, but you can choose to use paypal as a guest and still pay online with your credit card. One child’s payment is processed at a time, and then the system will ask if you have another child to register.
Hope that helps. Happy registering!

WUHCA Jan 2017 Newsletter
Our newsletter is being mailed out to households in our community this week. The Starphoenix and Bridges will have it on Friday February 3, 2017. The city requires us to mail out one printed communication per year, and this is it (but, go ahead and peek at the attachment).
Please note that the soccer registration is online and the softball registration is in person.
See you at the Family Skate Day Feb 20 11am-1pm at the ACT (It’s a day off).
No preschool at Willowgrove or Holy Family schools next year.
From Willowgrove’s Principal:
After meeting last week with superintendents from the Public and Catholic School Divisions, it was decided Willowgrove and Holy Family won’t offer preschool programs next year. When Preston Early Learning moves out of their current preschool room at the end of June, we will take that space over for K – 8 programming needs.
Please help pass this message along if you know of families who are considering registering for a preschool program next year. There are many great preschool options in the community, and families will want to be aware of upcoming registration dates at those facilities.
I can’t speak for Holy Family, but I can say that the before and after school program at Willowgrove operated by the Boys and Girls Club will not be affected. I also know that Preston Early Learning still plans to continue full service at their daycare and it will not be impacted by the preschool closure.
Saskatoon Public School Division
Preston Early Learning will continue to provide care for Holy Family’s Before and After School program but will no longer offer the preschool program.

Thinking about Kindergarten for September 2017?
Holy Family is now accepting registrations for Kindergarten 2017-2018! Children who will be five years old by January 31st, 2018 are eligible to start school next fall. We are a safe, friendly Catholic school that helps each of our students reach their full potential. At Holy Family School we nurture faith, encourage excellence in learning and inspire students to serve others, so they can make the world around them a better place. Our parent information evening will be held on Wednesday, January 18th, 2017 at 7PM. This evening is intended for parents only and mostly for parents that are new to Holy Family School, but all are welcome! Children will have an opportunity to come for a visit in June. You can learn more about our school division at www.gscs.sk.ca. We are rooted in faith, growing in knowledge, reaching out to transform the world!

Join us September 7th, 2016 for 7pm at Willowgrove school. Our AGM will run first, with registration to follow. We need community members to attend the AGM as part of the rules for a non-profit organization. Also, we will need to fill positions for our executive board before we can start registration. Please consider volunteering, as our programming is not possible without our community coordinators.
The positions that we are looking to fill include:
Soccer Coordinators for U6, U8 and U10,
Youth / Adult Programming Coordinator,
Program Coordinator Assistant (booking),
On-line registration Coordinator,
Ecole Mother Theressa Liasion, Centennial High School Liaison and St. Josephs High School Liaison.
In order for all our programs to run, we need volunteers to keep our community association programs and event going. At the AGM, the positions will be listed along with the duties that position requires. The community association meets one evening each month from September till June to discuss community events and programs. Without our volunteers, our programs would not be possible so we encourage you to help out where you can and be a part of our association. It is a great way to meet new friends and to be the first to know what is happening in our community. Sign up at our AGM and you can be the first in line to register in your program, this is just one of the perks of being part of the board. We look forward to seeing you at the AGM.
